Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan crepe with heavy cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 6 eggs
  • Vanilla
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan
  • Heavy cream
  • Oil for frying

Directions

Beat flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, and sugar with an electric mixer. Scoop a big spoon of the batter and bake in a hot pan on both side. Fill the crepe with Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan and heavy cream. Garnish crepes with chocolate or orange sauce.
