Fried liver with Tahina El Rashidi El Mizan


  • 2 kilos liver, sliced
  • 20 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, cumin
  • Vinegar
  • Green chili minced
  • 2 eggs
  • Crushed breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • For the Tahina:
  • 1 cup Tahina El Rashidi El Mizan
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper and cumin


Add together the liver slices, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, vinegar, green chili and mix well. Put in the fridge till well seasoned. Dip liver slices in eggs then breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil, and then drain well.
For the Tahina:
In a bowl add Tahina El Rashidi El Mizan, water, vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin then mix well till combined. Sprinkle over the fried liver
