- Investigates and analyses Customer Complaints route cause and follow up the corrective action taken.

- Conducts the supplier’s audit and approval as per contract and REM requirements.

- Participates export loading committee.

- Participates committee to analyse the returns’ problems

- Conducts supplier evaluation process in cooperating with purchasing dept.

 

Requirements;

- 4-8 years’ relevant experience in QA including at least 2 years in FMCG

- Experience in statistical techniques and tools.
